Wе dо рlасе a fеw lіmіtаtіоnѕ оn our rеturnѕ роlісу, but wе thіnk thаt thеу аrе fаіr.



Our рrоduсtѕ аrе wеll расkаgеd fоr ѕhірріng рurроѕеѕ. A lot of time and testing has gone into the development of our packaging process and design to maximize protection and minimize damages during transport. 

Nonetheless, if you’ve received a damaged delivery, don't sweat it.

We'll get you right.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Take a picture of the damaged product.

  1. Take a picture of the packaging - show damage or any visible markings.

  1. Take a picture of the shipping label affixed to the packaging, with tracking numbers legible.


3a. If you received more than one damaged product, repeat this process IN ORDER for each.


  1. Send these images along with your 4 digit order number to where we’ll collect your documentation and ship out a new replacement in record time!

Wе do not accept returns or issue refunds on our Foldable V-Flat and Tabletop V-Flat options. In the case of a damaged or defective delivery, we offer quick replacements, just reach out to us at if you have any issues at all with your order of Foldable or Tabletop V-Flats.

If you've ordered the wrong item or are unsatisfied with your Duo Board or Shadow Board purchase and wish for a RETURN, reach out to us at within 30 days and let us know how we can help. Images, videos or a detailed description of the issue you’ve experienced are always helpful too.

We will address your case with personal attention.

We put our customers above all else and want you to be happy, so never hesitate to reach out!

Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

- Refunds are automatically initiated once returns are received.

We issue Prepaid FedEx return labels via email.

We require you use our FedEx return label in order to be properly refunded as it contains sensitive information about your return.

Pack your items in the original packaging ONLY and cover or remove all previous labels to ensure a safe return of your merchandise.
