Love so far!!
I used two Duo Boards on a recent product shoot to elevate the space without hauling in a full backdrop setup. I needed a clean, textured look, and the office we filmed in was a bit dated. The boards kept the old countertops and surroundings from pulling attention away from the new product. They worked perfectly, and the best part is I can replicate the exact same setup next time.

The client had a certain look in mind, particular colors, and I couldn't find a natural environment to suit that. I've admired VFlats for years and knew where to look. I admit I also looked at other options, but if there's anything I've learned in 20 years of photography is that good gear and equiptment makes all the difference. I'm super pleased with the decision and quality of these VFlats.
I never thought a backdrop could a) make such a big difference and, b) live up to my level of quality. This does both. These Duo Boards are extremely convenient, high-quality and durable. I use them to photograph my large collection of kitchen knives and occasionally I have poked them with my knives, ZERO damage. I just wish there was a Canadian supplier of these without the only availability being on Amazon for a super inflated priced. I'd definitely own quite a few of these if that were the case.

The product is surprisingly lightweight. It grabs the top of my stand enough to remain stable yet is easy to reposition if needed. Many of the objects I photograph are shiny, such as the bench scraper, and the matte surface of the duo board makes it easy to separate the subject from the tabletop. After removing the chopped red bell pepper, moisture remained on the tabletop. It was very easy to clean using a moist paper towel followed by wiping it with a dry one. The duo board ships in a form-fitting zippered bag that is handy for protecting the duo board during storage and retrieval. This is my first duo board and definitely will not be my last! --Mike Buckley

Great neutral colored background. I haven't spilled anything on it, but am glad it'll clean up easily when I do.
The photographs that we took using the Duo Boards looked much much better than what we had before. Further the ability to store and transport it wherever we need it is a huge plus.

Just did a test of the background and a new light source, yes holiday themed. Really like how it photographed. As a photographer who shoots alone many times I love the authentic look and the mobility of the background. I had a similar painted background on canvas with a wood frame, heavy and not so portable.
